Hot Spinach Dip
really tasty and very easy to make. I baked in the oven like a lot of reviewers - it crisps up a bit on the top in the oven.

Shuku Shuku
Made this for staff meeting this morning and they chose these over the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - go figure!! I did use the sweetened coconut. I also just rolled them in the flour, so they wouldn't be too dry....turned out perfect.

Blackberry Wine Cake II
absolutely the best, most moist cake I have ever made. I made if for an office gathering and everyone gobbled it up.
