Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy
I have staple items in my Christmas candy list and then every year I try one or two new items. I was absolutely AMAZED at how easy this was. I followed the recipe exactly and ended up with FABULOUS results. Note.. Make sure when you are spreading the hot toffee in the pan you take care to do it evenly. One half of my toffee was thick and the other was much thinner. The only thing that I may do different next time is to melt this chocolate prior to puring over the toffee. GREAT RECIPE AND NEW STAPLE TO MY CHRISTMAS CANDY LIST!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Ok so first let me admit that I very LOOSELY followed this recipe but it was a great base to my tasty creation. So heres what I did; I started with 2 b/l s/l ck breasts cut into bite size pieces. In a deep skillet I added 2T butter, 1/4 chopped onions, 2T garlic and the chicken. I browned the chicken and set aside. With the skillet still hot I added enough chicken broth to remove the ck bits then added the crm of ck soup ,4oz of cream chz & 1/2 pack of Italian dressing mix then reduced the heat to low-med (4 on an electric stove) and simmered. I added 1 pkg of spinach and simmered for a total of 15min (Stir often). I served over egg noodles. It was GREAT!!

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas
Stop what you are doing and make this recipe!! By far the best enchiladas that I have ever eaten- better than any restaurant! I added onion in with the jalapeno and garlic and I also added a little enchilada sauce to the bottom of the pan. Serve with sour cream and salsa and get ready to fall in love!!
