Baked Kale Chips
very tasty. I will make again, but with a few changes. I needed to bake mine longer, at 15 min they were still soggy in the middle. I had to almost go to 23. I will also use less salt. I found them very very salty and i love salt. I appreciate the recipe. It a great, fun way to eat a healthy vegetable that i usually cringe when eating.

Hot Milk Sponge Cake I
awesome! I was skeptical, but I wanted a cake that i could make with a cream and this was perfect. I didn't put on the topping, but I doubled the batch for the cake and covered each layer with pureed mango and frosted with homemade whip cream. I called it a mango twinkie cake. Fantastic! Thank you
