Soft Sugar Cookies IV
These are amazing! Thick and soft, they are great with butter cream frosting. I used salted butter so I only added a pinch of salt to the dough, otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. I baked them for 10 min and half way through I turned the trays around and put the top one on the bottom and the bottom one on the top rack for even baking. This ones a keeper.

Meringue Cookies
I've never had a meringue before so im not sure if I made these right. I followed the directions to a T and in the end the middles were still soft after 35 minutes of baking. I added cherry flavored kool-aid mix, the kind that you just add water to, to the batter for color and flavor. They taste okay, but these remind me too much of marshmallows to enjoy them. I will have to buy a meringue next time I go to the store to compare.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Holly Cow! These are the best! So simple and soooo very good. I am on a low gluten diet and I was craving something sweet and came across this. I think this is the best peanut butter cookie I have ever had. I didn't read previous reviews until after I already made these but next time I will try it with have brown sugar and some vanilla. Thank you for posting this recipe. <3
