Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I made this for my family last night and it was wonderful! I just exchanged chicken breast for boneless chicken thighs. I left everything else the same and it was yummy! Served over egg noodles. My 3 toddlers loved it as well. Very easy to make. Thank you!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

I didn't like this recipe at all. I'm not used to eating canned beans. There was too much sour cream in this recipe. It felt like I was just eating sour cream. I won't make this again.

Mexican Wedding Cookies

I made these for the holiday's and they turned out great. I added a pinch of salt to the recipe. I also added red sprinkles to the confectioners sugar which made it a little more festive. I'm not sure why the recipe states to refrigerate it for 3 hours. I'm don't think it's not necessary. Great tasting cookie!
