I'm a Native New Yorker who's engaged to a wonderful man. I have a miniature Boston Terrier who is my dogchild :):) I enjoy baking more than I do cooking. I love making Penir with Arroz con Gandules, platanos and amarillos. Thats Pork with rice and peas, plantains and yellow bananas during the Holidays. My baking skills have improved. I bake cookies for the girls at work when it's their birthdays. I made Hamburger cookies that are sugar and chocolae cookies. I also made some Heartshaped cookies with sugar bells on them for my Bosses Bridal shower ( he loved it!!!) I screwed up on a few cakes but not all that much. I've had more triumphs than tragedies actually.
