Red Velvet Cookies
Wow- these are crazy good! I made my cookies twice as big and they were unbelievably soft and just perfect. I lined my baking pan with foil so I could have the cookies set once out of the oven and place the next batch right in the oven to waste precious baking time. Plus- no clean up afterwards:)

Extra Easy Hummus
This was an awesome recipe for hummus without the tahini! I enjoyed making it (nothing easier than putting all the ingredients in a food processor!) and my guests enjoyed eating it:) I did add some lemon juice and pepper as others wrote because the cumin taste was overpowering to me. No one else complained.

Potato and Cauliflower Casserole
This was very good- however not very good for you. I made some substitutions- 1% milk instead of heavy cream, cut the butter down by half, used reduced fat shredded taco cheese (all I had in the fridge- added some color and tasted great). Will make again:)
