I have just started to really expand my horizons in the kitchen. I have been trying hard to find recipes that would help establish healthy eating habits for my family(and keep us from eating out so often.). That quest has led me to a new and wonderful hobby. I never knew how much joy I could find in cooking. I am a mother of 3 young children, and I enjoy using cooking as an outlet for my creativity! Right now I am focusing on healthy main dishes and side dishes for dinners. I am having fun figuring out what my families tastes are and learning how to adjust recipes to fit our tastes. I also really love making desserts. But honestly, who doesn't? I am still discovering and making traditions. My son telling me he loved my cooking! Too many to pick one...
