I am a full time stay-at-home-mom and wife. I LOVE cooking and baking, probably too much, it's what I do best! I am constantly searching for new ideas and recipes which is how I stumbled onto this site. Gosh, what don't I like to cook would be easier! I guess my favorites are cookies and desserts- I use my husband's co-workers as taste testers on my quest for the perfect brownie! I also love Italian comfort foods. Christmas Cookies!!!!!! Nothing better than making 20+ different kinds of cookies, drinking hot chocolate and listening to Christmas music with my family. I catered my own wedding reception for 150+ people, that was a challenge. And being asked to cater other events is a triumph! I can't bake a cake for the life of me. Give me a 5 star classic cake recipe and I'll turn it into a lumpy mess with a sunken in center. I've learned to admit defeat and order from the bakery!
