Sweet Dinner Rolls
This is a great recipe for cinnamon rolls, buns breadsticks, you name it. I make with 2C all purpose flour, 1 3/4C wheat flour and added 1 TBLS vital wheat gluten and they come out great. For cinnamon rolls I flatten out dough, cover with butter, top with brown sugar and cinnamon combined, roll, slice, let rise 45 min and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
