Asian Noodle Toss

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2009
This was really, really good and it was easy to make, but I also added my two cents to it. To start, I used some of the stir-fry sauce, about two-three teaspoons and not quite an 1/8 teaspoon of minced ginger to marinate some chicken tenders for about 20 minutes. I also added about 1/8 teaspoon to the 1/2 cup of stir-fry sauce to give it an extra punch of flavor. Next time I might try using marinated tofu and different veggies.

Veggie Delight on Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
I loved this recipe because it can be so easily tweaked. I added portabella mushrooms, a splash of balsamic vinegar and melted some gargonzola cheese on it. Instead of garlic bread I used a grinder roll and put pesto mayo on it. Yumo. :)

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
I made this on Saturday night and it was super easy and super yummy. The only thing I changed was I use an extra tablespoon of peanut butter and I used whole wheat pasta. I will be making this again. :)

This was awesome. We used this on a couple of t-bone steaks and a couple of veal chops and it was super yummy. I will use this again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
I made this recipe this weekend, but I put my own spin on it. I subsituted one can of cream of chicken for cream of mushroom w/roasted garlic, added a packet beef onion dried soup mix, added a can of low fat/low sodium beef broth, a box of frozen peas and carrots, and served with brown rice. Yum-o!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
This was super easy and yummy. The only thing that I do different is I added a little thyme, sage, and parsley. I also put a little thyme in with the dumplings.
