Christmas Morning Frittata
Made this Christmas morning and also a regular morning while we had visitors! Very good...a nice change from typical breakfast. Used Italian-style bread crumbs, and served with fruit and toast.Yummy!

Tortellini, Steak, and Caesar
Good, and simple. Used bagged Romaine lettuce for ease, and added other things I like in a salad...such as cucumber and green pepper.The tortellini made this a complete, filling meal!

Kabob Marinade
Very tasty! I added less than the recommended amount of soy sauce, because I was afraid it would be too salty per other reviews. Also, I only had limes on hand so used lime juice instead of lemon juice. It was good, so I think next time I will make it the same way! Marinated cubed sirloin for about 8 hours, and reserved some marinade to baste over veggies on kabobs while grilling.
