Broccoli and Tortellini Salad
Excellent!!Everyone at the BBQ had second, even third helpings! I took the advice from other reviews to blanch the broccoli. My only complaint is that the recipe calls for WAY too much onion. Next time I will cut the amount in half and it will be a perfect salad.

Szechwan Shrimp
This was delicious. I added about 2 cups of broccoli and carrots. The recipe yielded 4 serivings but I only got a three small portions. Next time I will double it. The sauce was just the right amount, could maybe use for a little more if your a sauce lover. I used a little less crushed red pepper than the receipe called for and that was perfect. Warm, but not overpowering. Great recipe. Thanks!

Cocktail Meatballs
This recipe turned out very well for me. I followed the ingredients listed but changed the cooking method a little bit. I broiled the meatballs for about 10 minutes. I was cooking this dish in my slow cooker so I combined the sauce on the stove in a saucepan. I put everything in the slow cooker on low for about 5 hours. I also doubled the sauce because I like lots, and this way I didn't waste any of the cranberry, as it comes in 16 ounce cans.
