Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake
doubled the crumble topping, and that worked well. I did mess up a bit with the temperature, and slightly burned some of the top, but that picked off easily. Now i have to decide if I should share this at work, or hoard it for myself... Next time I might not bother doubling the topping, the recipe really lets the fresh wild blueberries be the star. Thanks for the recipe!

Cinnamon Bun Icing
Very good, works 'as promised'. My co-workers are nearly forcing me to bring back the cinnamon buns I made using this recipe, and the Best Basic Sweet Bread recipe on this site. I have tried adding a little lemon juice (and more icing sugar), and it worked too.

Best Basic Sweet Bread
A great recipe! I have used this for loaves, buns, and most importantly Cinnamon Buns using the Cinnamon Bun Icing recipe on this site. I do have a question... I like the texture when I sub. Bread Flour (??Hard Flour??), but how do you modify the basic recipe to get the dough consistently to the correct elasticity??
