Hearty Hot or Cold Roasted Tomato Soup
I added 2 jalapeno peppers to the mix(also roasted) and used only 2 cups of water. It is now my favorite soup and I can't wait to make it again. So good! Thank You!

Creamy Hot Cocoa
I cut the sugar to 1/2 and also added 6ozs of Baily's. It makes a great adult treat.

Norwegian Hazelnut Cake
Awesome cake! I made it with almonds instead of Hazlenuts because that is all i had. I ate it for breakfast with coffee and it was so good!
