Sun Dried Tomato Chicken
This recipe was very good. Even my fussy 19 yr. old like it! I pounded the chix breast before cooking to make sure it would be done and tender enought to cut with a fork. The sauce is fabulous although I don't like "browned" garlic - I just cooked it enough to be tender. I served the chicken and sauce over fetuccini. YUM!

Green Beans with Herb Dressing
For those who had too much "onion" taste... chop the white parts off and just use the green tops of the onions which are more mild in taste.

Grandma's Carrot Cake
This was my first carrot cake and it was marvelous. Even the kids thought it was "amazing". I topped it with a whipped cream cheese frosting. YUM!
