Hush Puppies II
These were kind of bland and the middle took a while to be cooked all the way through. I used a little extra salt and added about a tablespoon of sugar to give it some more taste. They were okay though. Sort of tasted like biscuits.

Banana Split Muffins
I didnt want to use 3 bananas so i used 2 instead and lowered the mayo to 1/3 C accordingly. It STILL turned out great. Also, I used a 9" circular cake pan because i didn't want to make muffins...all i had to do was bake it for an additional 20 minutes and it turned out fine. Delicious!

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Delight
IT was great! And super easy. I folded the tortilla in half so that the cinnamon sugar on the inside like a quesadilla. It was delicious.
