I am married with three children. I actually love to cook but our demanding schedule often takes the joy out of cooking. The biggest challenge for me is having the forethought to plan meals ahead of time instead of scrambling to stuff bellies before bed. My husband and I both enjoy fresh baked food as opposed to processed foods, my 12 year old daughter is extremely picky and my 5 year old son will eat anything I put in front of him. I am not necessarily creative in the kitchen but I can follow a recipe and I'm addicted to this website! I love slow cooker meals!! Anything that can cut out the madness that inevitably occurs around 6:00pm :-) recipes I've followed from this website! 1000 characters max prohibits too much detail in this area. Countless flops!
