Simply The Best Chocolate Cake

So quick and easy and so chocolatey! I've been making this for years but I save the chocolate chips (I use a whole bag) and nuts and pour them on top of the cake batter after I have poured it into the pan. Just press them down to lock them in place. It's a great cake to bring to cookout or pot luck dinner.

Cajun Cake

Very Moist! The only issue I had was that when I poured the icing on top all the butter went to the edges. So the edge pieces were very moist with the butter. Next time I will punch holes throughout the cake with a chop stick so that the butter will soak into the cake.

The Best Chocolate Cake You Ever Ate

Very moist! I used to make a similar recipe when I was a young teen for whenever we had family cookouts. It was always a hit with the kids. The difference was we put walnuts and coconut in the icing. I'm going to try that next time I make it.

Gorgonzola Salad

I already make a gorgonzola salad that I prefer. Try a spring mix or red leaf lettuce with red onion, gogonzola cheese, walnuts, balsamic vinegrate dressing and cherry tomatoes (optional). We usually make this when we have guests because it's easy and we always get rave reviews.

Karyn's Cream of Crab Soup

Awesome!! We made this for my birthday and only put in half the Old Bay and it was so good that my husband and I decided that it would a birthday tradition. I'm from Baltimore as well but felt that 3 T of Old Bay would've been too much. This rates up there with Gibby's Cream of (Baltimore restaurant that had the best Cream of Crab that I ever tasted)

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Too dry!! I followed the recipe exactly as directed. Maybe the baking time needs to shortened. I made the cake for the guys at work and I wound up throwing away leftovers. There has never been leftovers for any other cakes I have made before.
