Spinach Mushroom and Ricotta Fettuccine
This was just okay. I had all of the ingredients in the house, which is why I tried it. But it was bland and I didn't really care for the texture of the finished product. I won't be making this again.

Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells
This was really good. My family recently became vegetarians and I'm always on the lookout for good meals. This one definitely made the cut. The fennel was an amazing (and unexpected) addition. This one is going into permanent rotation. Thank you!
