Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting
I submitted this recipe and want to make sure that people understand that my comment about "leaving it out" doesn't mean to leave it out overnight or for a long period of time -- dairy shouldn't be left out, as many reviewers have noted. The comment was meant to compare the frosting to standard whipped cream frosting which starts to "fade" very quickly and can be problematic. Also, this frosting will never get stiff enough to pipe and hold that shape -- it's frosting, not icing! Hope you enjoy! Happy baking!

Seven Layer Dip I
Great dip! I used packaged taco seasoning when browning the meat. I also used a standard 9 x 13 baking dish that has its own basket for serving. Best served at room temp; when it's cold there's just no scooping it without destroying the tortilla chips. Be sure to have several spoons at hand so guests can scoop the dip onto their desired chip!

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip
Excellent dip but MUST be kept warm or it will still be left over at the end of your party! I find that I have good luck setting out a double batch in my small crockpot, set on Keep Warm. Pita chips or tortilla chips are what most folks want with this!
