Hi!! I am ANgelina.. A WIfe for 5 years now and a stay at home mom to my little ballerina who is 4.. She keeps me busy and recently cooking has been my out let.. Its what I have grown a passion for over the past few years. I say.. If there is only 1 thing in life I am allowed to enjoy. Let it be my food. I go through phases.. But i guess one of my favorites is my tinted tilapia. I love to bake and just recently started to explore how much fun Icing and food coloring really are. I enjoy that with my daughter. But i really just love to explore this website and add my own ideas to the recipes I find. My husbands family is from Chicago where we will be moving back to soon.. Once a year we drive to WIsconsin to pick apples and make Homade apple pies 100% from scratch.. I never was a big fan of apple pie until I married into this one. ANd the fun of making these pies with family makes it even better.. I cant forget to add my mothers pumpkin pie... Its what I look forward to most on Thanksgiving. I dont quite feel triumphant yet.. But i do plan to go to cullinary school once my little one stats school. Then I will have some stories to share. I dont think I see my mistakes as tragedies... I learn from the 1st go round and usually get it right the second..
