Artichoke Dip I
I used artichokes in oil, and didn't have any trouble with grease. Followed the recipe exactly and it was a big hit...will definately make over and over and over....

Baked Ziti I
This is the best ziti! I made this for my son's birthday party, and everyone raved! Very easy, very good! I ended up passing out the recipe to most people there!! Thank you!!!

Marinated Turkey Breast
Excellent! Thank you for this recipe! I was tired of preparing the same meats for dinner, so I bought some turkey breast and had no idea how to make it! Hubby was not excited at the idea, but one bite changed his mind! I marinated overnight and broiled for 6 minutes on each side...perfect! This will be a part of our regular rotation now! Thanks!!
