Fourteen K Carrot Cake
A great carrot cake. Very easy to make. Very moist and tasty, too! I made a 9" layer cake instead of a 9x13. Used the 'Cream Cheese Frosting II" recipe here and then pressed crushed walnuts on the side of the cake. It was beautiful and delicious!

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake
Great cheesecake! I made this for an Easter dinner and it was well received. Followed the recipe to the T and the Irish Cream flavor was perfect. No cracks or bubbles in my cake; reading the allrecipes articles about cheesecakes taught me a lot of good tips before I started.

Heather's Healthy Oatmeal Surprises
Love these! I omitted the peanut chips and doubled the chocolate. I also added chopped walnuts. Yum! Brought them to work and got so many complements.. and we go through a lot of baked goods where I work!
