Hungarian Goulash I
From a Hungarian friend who is 100 yrs old, add 1/2 seeded,chopped green bell pepper and 1 whole chopped ,seeded tomato instead of canned tomato. Stir in 1/2 C sour cream before serving. Serve with roasted potatoes,green salad.

Old Time Chicken Divan
This is basically the same recipe I have used for 15+ years. I use dry white wine instead of sherry. Brown the breasts in a little oil first. Dont parboil the broccoli, it cooks in the oven.. Sprinkle more cheese on top to brown. The real dish, no canned soup slop. Serve with glazed carrots, green salad and garlic bread. Yum.

Mom's Best Macaroni Salad
I have made a similiar version of this for 15+ years. instead of milk,sugar,vinegar. mix together mayo with 1/2 C ranch dressing 2 T chipotle sauce, 1 t garlic salt, 1/2 t black pepper before adding to macaroni, also add 1 16 oz. can black olives (chopped) Makes a tex-mex kind of macaroni salad, gets rave reviews.
