Dry Rub for Ribs
This was the first time I fixed ribs myself and both kids LOVED them. Made the rub as written except i used minced garlic. Slow roasted for about 4 hour them on the grill...Delish

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
Made this again today....made 1 loaf and 12muffins I used 2/3 applesauce instead of oil and 3 cups of zucchini for moisture......I have to hide this so my family doesn't eat it all in 1 sitting......very flexible recipe..

Angel Chicken Pasta
I made this in a crock pot...my family loved it. I served it over bow tie pasta with dinner rolls. They couldn't wait for leftovers the next day.
