I'm a college student in Tucson, AZ. My residence is in Chester, MT, but I chose my hometown (Jamestown) as the place where I was born!
I love cooking, and have never had a problem besides not-adding-enough seasonings i.e. salt. I cook just about every weekend for whichever of my friends is hungry, usually a group of 3 or 4. They've never 'gave me a bad review!'
My favorite things to cook
Steak, hamburgers, fried chicken, pasta, stir fry, shrimp, asparagus, deluxe salads, deluxe baked potatoes.... the list goes on. I have tried many variations of steak & burgers -w- several side dishes, as those as my favorite foods.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Hamburgers -w- thick-sliced baked potatoes, Steak, Hamburger Stroganoff, 'Pigs in the blanket', roast beef & mashed potatoes, pork chops, super-salads (variety of anything you can think would be good on a salad), home-made pizza, oyster stew, knipfla soup, corn chowder, chili, etc etc etc. We have alot of different kinds of food that I consider favorites.
My cooking triumphs
When I made gravy for mashed potatoes for the first time, and it turned out perfect.
