Very Chocolate Ice Cream
LOVED this ice cream! It firmed up wonderfully, which rarely seems to happen with home made ice cream. I threw in some mini marshmallows and chopped nuts and had a great rocky road. I'm going to pour my next batch into a gram cracker crust, and make an ice cream pie. This recipe is a keeper!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
We LOVE this recipe! It is the absolute favorite of our two-year-old. When I make it, I do cut back the garlic powder to just one teaspoon, and it is pleanty for us.

Sunshine Toast
My dad used to make these when I was a kid. He said he learned how to make them by watching a Shirley Temple move, and called them "One-Eyed Sandwiches." I always loved them, especially the center of the bread, which he would grill and serve also.
