I'm a wife and stay at home mom to four kids, so I'm in the kitchen a lot! I've been cooking since I was 10. I love to bake and try new stuff. I come from a Portuguese backround so we celebrate everything with food. I love to cook chicken. I love using my crock pot. I enjoy baking anything. It's a stress relief for me. Would have to be cooking Porteguese food with my dad and grandma. Making portuguese sweet bread and donuts was an all day event as so fun. My great aunt also use to make this oil cake that was so yummy and a strawberry/cranberry sauce! YUM. I'd have to say cheesecake. Would have to be when I'm in a hurry and think I read the recipe correctly, and didn't. Never a good thing!
