Grilled Sea Bass
This recipe was perfect. I seared two 6 oz steaks in the frying pan (as per the instructions) and then threw the pan in the oven for 14 min (drizzling butter at the 1/2 way point). I didn't have the powered onion on hand so I had to improvise by using a lemon pepper spice mixture. The final result melted in my mouth - very similar to what I've had in restaurants.
