Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Love this! A different tasting pizza crust, but easy and fun to make! perfect when you don't have a pizza crust on hand. I've made all different pizzas with this crust, and they're all tasty! a thinner softer crust. My young children have no problem eating this crust while they'll sometimes skip the crust on commercial pizzes.

I automatically doubled the orange zest, and could barely taste it. But my girls loved the muffins I made from this recipe!

Cream Cheese Squares

Very good bars! I didn't get the rave reviews others spoke of, but they did get eaten! I will definitly only brush butter across the top next time, the full 1/2 cup was way too much, looked like a lake of butter when it was cooking.

Hearty Garlic Potato Soup

Excellent! I added almost a whole bulb of the garlic, and even some garlic powder with the other seasonings. It still wasn't a strong garlic flavor. Next time I'm going to add coarsly chopped garlic the last minute of cooking the sausage mixture. Hopefully that will add the rich garlic flavor I was hoping for. But the sausage with the potato soup was fantastic! I also increased the sausage to a full pound, and added a few more potatos to stretch the soup even further. Thanks for the recipe!

Jalapeno Strawberry Jam

mmm good. I like heat, so instead of cleaning the peppers, I processed them seeds and all. there is a nice afterburn, but I think next time I might throw in a habanero pepper. I served this over a wheel of warm brie, and it was gone in seconds...

Autumn Chicken

Not good at all. The purple chicken was very unappetizing, and it needed seasoning before cooking. Very bland tasting chicken, very tart sauce. I don't think adding more sugar will solve the problems with this dish. I'm glad I served this to family before making for guests. Will not make again.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

very good! I left the chunks of carrots and mushrooms large, which is good when you eat it, but for the leftovers, which I froze, I would recommend having chopped the mushrooms and carrots into bite size pieces. I will definitly make again!

I did not like the crackers on top. It gave it a very "cheapo potluck" flavor. I used a Cheddar cheese and garlic bisquick topping with the remaining filling I had leftover, and it tasted much better.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I actually used this recipe for a base for a marniade. It was fantastic. I was only able to marinade the chicken breasts for about 2 hours, but the taste was fantastic. Will definitly do again!

Chocolate Mint Dessert

This turned out very tasty! I was skeptical of the process for making the chocolate layer for the bottom, but decided to follow the recipe instead of simply metling some chocolate chips. I was very glad I did! It made the bottom layer taste like a candy bar! I scaled the recipe down, to make a smaller pan, so watch the amounts for the chocolate sauce, especially the condensed milk, it doesn't decrease the can size when adjusting the recipe. Overall, a very good treat, especially if you're having company. I can't wait to try other ice cream flavors, it'll be fun for this summer.
