Margarita Grilled Shrimp
I made this the first time and used Halibut and sauted it with the marinade and it was good, but not too much kick. The 2nd time, I used jalepeno olive oil and cut out the ground red pepper and grilled the shrimp - it was EXCELLENT! Also, since I didn't have tequilla, I used margarita mix with tequilla in it and it worked just as well. We have used this recipe 3 times in the last week alone.
