Fiesta Chicken and Rice Bake
This is an easy, tasty casserole. I used diced, grilled chicken. I also added 1 C Black Beans and some onion and pre-cooked the rice.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This dish tasted like warmed cottage cheese and sour cream on noodles- and way to many breadcrumbs. Not tasty at all.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was really yummy- enjoyed by my husband and my kids! I added celery, sage, thyme, and garlic at the start. I cooked this on low in my slow cooker- about 5 hours total. I added 1/2 bag of frozen mixed veggies when there was about 2 hrs left. I only used one tube of bisquits- and broke them into pieces. Cooked for over 1 hour with the bisquits. yumm!
