Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks
Wow! This was the first time I made Ahi Tuna Steaks and I am so happy to have tried this recipe for my first attempt. I thought, how in the world can it be as good as reviewers claimed with only peppercorns and a little seasoning!? Now I see how. The peppercorns realease an unbelieveable flavor as they open up. Don't be worried about the pan smoking...it ensures the pan is hot enough to properly sear the tuna. I cooked it about 3 mins each side as I am not a fan of anything rare. This tuna does not need any sauce...just top it with the peppercorns from the pan. You will not be disappointed in this recipe!! Thank you Bethany!
