This is a wonderful recipe. Basic ingredients combined to create a delicious blend of flavors. Even my two year old wanted a second helping.

My husband and I love this recipe and have made it several times during the last 6 months. I recommend cubing the Velveeta in very small pieces so the cheese is certain to melt, stirring frequently while the dish is baking, and letting it sit about 10 minutes before serving. This recipe also goes great with Brown Sugar Pork Chops.
