Cranberry Almond Biscotti

I made this recipe for PASSOVER - for the flour - I substituted 1/2 the amount with matzo cake meal and 1/2 the amount with potato starch. I also tried it with substituting the flour with 1/2 the amount with matzo meal and 1/2 the amount with potato starch. Both came out really, really good!!! I preferred the one with the matzo cake meal over the matzo meal as the matzo cake meal has a finer crumb. I also made it with chocolate chips instead of the almonds and cranberries.
