Fantastic!!!! This is so addictive and delicious! I added a couple of sprinkles of cinnamon to the caramel mixture. I have made this recipe a number of times - I usually make it with 1 cup of earth's balance margarine that has non-hydrogenated fat. It came out great - but I still wanted to find a way to cut some of the fat. I saw this exact recipe on cookinglight.com and it only called for 1/3 cup of butter. So again - I substituted 1/3 cup of earth's balance for the butter and the results are identical to the original recipe with a lot less fat! SOOOOO GOOOOD!!!
