This dough is less fattening than regular cinnamon roll dough - I used half the dough to make cinnamon rolls and half to make rugalach. I brushed the rolled out challah dough with oil and spread brown sugar and cinnamon on top, rolled it up and glazed it with an egg wash. I let it rise for 30 minutes and baked the cinnamon rolls for about 15 minutes. Soooo good!
