This was absolutely fabulous. It was better than local restaurant's Diavolo. As with most every recipe, I read comments and then followed the recipe as best as I could. I did not have whole tomatoes so used 3 cans of diced tomatoes. Other than that I followed the recipe and was very glad I did. It had a certain hotness, but not overpowering, that was great with the seafood. I will add this to my list of special recipes for guests. It was easy enough to fix and tasted out of this world.

Italian Sausage Soup II

Truly an excellent recipe. I used both mild and hot Italian sausage and it really helped to improve the flavor. Followed the recipe other than that and would strongly advise doing so on the first time. Adjust after you know what it is supposed to taste like.

Slow Cooker Creole Black Beans and Sausage

I used andouille sausage and it really was very good. I wouldn't recommend andouille unless you do like things somewhat spicy. The meal was thoroughly enjoyed by the 4 adults last night. I did use 8 ounces of tomato sauce since I had only 8 ounce cans.

Amish Macaroni Salad

This was truly one of the best recipes that I have ever gotten from this site. It was a 5+ all the way. Follow the recipe but I did cut back to 1 1/2 cups of salad dressing. Overall, received rave reviews and I agree. Definitely a great recipe. Can't wait until summer...

This was an easy recipe to prepare. My wife and I found it to good, but like others it was a strong tomato taste and it needed more bulk. It will do in a pinch, but not a regular. Thanks

Greek Chicken Pasta

This is a very good recipe. I followed the directions as I always do the first time. I really enjoyed it as did my company. Even though tomatoes were in season, I failed to have and fresh one so I substituted a can of diced tomatoes. I found no problems, but think that fresh would be even better. Thanks for a great recipe. I STRONGLY recommend marinated artichokes. It is the make or break ingredient in my opinion.

West Coast Cod and Shrimp

I used condensed milk instead of cream. It turned out awesome. Compliments from all. We used angel hair instead of rice and it was wonderful. Well worth the effort.

Balsamic Green Bean Salad

I needed a side dish for the 4th of July supper. I did a quick search for a recipe. This was the one I found and it was truly awesome. Because I didn't do this in advance I did not get to let it sit as long as I will the next time. Great recipe, I strongly recommend it.

Onion Rice Pilaf

Creamy Cauliflower Salad

This was one of the top 10 recipes that I have found on this site. My wife raved about it and we had very few leftovers, but she wanted to take those to work with her. Followed the recipe exactly, but next time I will cut back a bit on mayo. This was truly exceptional.

Truly simple but ever so tasty. Followed the recipe exactly and it was very good. I personally may cut back a bit on the garlic next time, but it wasn't overpowering. Thanks for a really great recipe for oven fries.
