I am a new mom and a single mom. I am still breastfeeding my 6 month old and need to eat, but I gained 75lbs with my son and need to loose weight so I had to start cooking and cooking healthy. I cook for myself and my mom! She loves everything I make!

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
Wonderful recipe! I marinated the chops in 1/2 cider vinegar and 1/2 apple juice all day. Soooo good! Best pork chops I have ever made and eaten!!

Vegan Brownies
I was out of eggs and milk so I made these...AMAZING!! My 12 year old cousin shudders at the sight of tofu...he looooved these!! I will never go back to regular brownies again!! Coffee instead of water...BRILLIANT!!!

Garlic Ranch Chicken
AMAZING!! AMAZING!! AMAZING!! I marinated it all night and all day. I baked it instead of grilled it. AMAZING!! My 10 month old son even wanted to eat it! So good! It is on the menu three more times in the next two weeks!! Can't wait to grill it up this summer!!! AMAZING!!
