Feta Pesto
This recipe was tasty, definitely a keeper. I tried it on pizza dough, but I didn't like how the flavor and texture of the bread took away from the pesto. I think pasta would be much better with it, maybe even potatoes. I didn't have sun-dried tomatoes, so I also added more olive oil, and used sunflower seeds instead. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.

Easy Haupia
I love this recipe. It's new to me, so I don't know how "authentic" it is, but I found it addictive. I've been making it every week since I tried it. I gave only 4 stars because it needed much more coconut flavor. I feel like adding shredded coconut, but maybe using sweetened milk, as was suggested would work better. I will definitely make this again, it's a great base for a dessert, if nothing else. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Dumpling Strips
These were easier than I expected. I didn't add seasoning to the dough to avoid the extra salt, and I needed a little more flour if I was going to roll it, otherwise this recipe was perfect. I also didn't need to roll it out. I just took a ball of it, and used my fingers to flatten and tear each piece. They come out fine this way (not perfectly shaped, obviously), and it was faster & cleaner than rolling. Light & delicious. Thanks!
