I enjoy cooking for my family and friends. I'm not a great baker though! Lately, my favorites have been artichoke chicken, roasted vegetables, and white chili. We have too many to pick just one! Every family gathering -- whether it's a birthday, holiday, funeral, whatever -- there is always food involved. The first time I prepared Thanksgiving dinner for the entire family! 20 people and I was just 25 years old. It turned out great! I thought it would be great to cut hot dogs lengthwise and put them on grilled cheese sandwiches. Yuk! It was the most disgusting thing I've ever made!
