Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti
My picky toddler ate it, so that's enough for me! Used penne, regular diced tomatoes instead of rotel, and added grated mexican cheese blend.

Mango Muffins
Excellent! Used half whole wheat, half white flour, and omitted raisins and nuts...light, fluffy, and delicious!
