This was awesome. I did modify the recipe though and left out the chicken making it a vegetable lasagna. I added mushrooms, peas, and like another viewer suggested only used one bag of frozen spinach. It was plenty! This dish was fab and will definitely make it again! My husband LOVED it!!! and I also think I will use the white cheese sauce to use on white chicken pizza. Delish!

Spinach Lasagna III

This recipe is amazing! I did make some changes though, I added ground turkey to it(even though it's a meatless recipe) also left out the mushrooms simply because i didn't have them, not because we don't like them. Then I did add more spinach than what it calls for. The best part is that I added some red pepper flakes to give a kick to it(eyeballed) and it was awesome! My husband loves things spicy and said he could eat it straight for another 2 weeks! thanks for the yummy recipe!

Texas Ranch Potato Salad

This was pretty good. I made it over 4th of July weekend and everyone there loved it. My sister got the recipe from the website the next day to make it-as good as it was it's probably not something I'll make on a regular basis, not because it wasn't good-but just because my husband and I don't eat potato salad that much. Overall, it was a recipe worth making!

White Chocolate Gorp

This is one of the easiest treats to make but one of the yummiest! I usually make this during the holidays...I'm used to calling it, "white trash" but no matter what you call it...it goes a long way, everyone loves it and it's very addicting! The thing I like is you can add whatever ingredients you want-make it your own!

Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

These are amazing! I have made them several times now and I usually make them for my husband to take into work. They are usually a hit and they are so easy! I think it's really fun to play with the dough as I roll it out and roll it up, I usually use my own recipe for icing though, one from my grandma. very very yummy!

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Really really good! My first time experiencing stuffed chicken and it was great! I made it just as the recipe indicated, the only thing was that there was more (water/broth?) in the bottom of the pan than I had anticipated. It was okay because i just stirred the spaggetti sauce and cheese into the mixture so that we'd have more sauce, in our house-the more sauce, the better! Very good, will use again!
