I tried to get the point across in my last blog, but got interrupted...My husband is out of town again...and I'm cooking things the kids like. Tonight we made our own pizzas...not exactly pretty, but they had a great time, and at least one child ate it. Bonus. I have one more night of Kid… MORE

Herbed Potato Soup
Delicious! Everyone loved it, including my 5 year old! Yum! Some reviewers found it to be pasty, but I did not...it was a great consistancy...just like a chowder. I wonder if they forgot to add the water that the potatoes cook in. This was fabulous. Thank you!

Flank Steak with Garlic Wine Sauce
Yum! This is a fabulous recipe, especially if you don't have the time to marinate a flank steak overnight...the flavor of the sauce was delicious! We will make this one again.
