Double Tomato Bruschetta
Yummy! The sun-dried tomatoes make it stand out from other recipes I've tried. I added some onion, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
I've tried a couple of salisbury steak recipes on this site and this one is by far everyones favorite. The gravy is what makes it so good I think.
