These came out tasting like the orange cinnamon rolls my mom makes on Christmas morning. Deeeeelicious! I absolutely loved the cinnamon roll texture, and the frosting is to die for! I used a spoonful of orange juice concentrate (probably a tiny bit more than a tablespoon). If you are not a big frosting eater you could probably cut the frosting recipe in half, although I wouldn't recommend it because it's so good you'll want to pile it on. Be aware though that any leftover frosting won't keep in the fridge. The only changes I made were no nuts because my husband is allergic, and I added 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice. Oh, and don't be afraid if the dough seems stiff. I actually broke a spatula in half stirring it. My recipe made 24 TB size cookies.

Black Bean Pizza
Wow! The only changes I made were to use three cloves of garlic as another review suggested, and I used mozzarella cheese and canned tomatoes from the garden with 1/2 tsp. basil and 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning (instead of the italian diced tomatoes called for). We devoured this! Next time I may add some olives as well. Use the drained sauce for dipping the crust! We also make our own pizza crust that I think added a lot It only takes about 10 minutes to make: In a small bowl mix 1/2 C warm water, 1 TB yeast, and 1/2 T sugar. In a separate bowl mix 1.5 C white flour, 1.5 C wheat flour, 1/4 C oil, 1.5 TB sugar, 1/2 T salt and once that's well mixed, add the yeast mixture and knead for a few minutes. Roll out on floured surface and follow the recipe. PS-I used this as a spaghetti sauce too and it turned out great! Just don't drain and serve over noodles.

Lemon Pie II
As suggested by others, be sure the cream cheese is fully softened, otherwise you get lumps in your pie. I made this with 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 TB sugar, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and 3-4 drops yellow food coloring. A sliced kiwi on top also adds a great touch. Yuuuuuuumy!
