Broccoli Quiche with Mashed Potato Crust
This was a tasty recipe, very good way to use leftover mashed potatoes.

Sweet Potato Salad
This a great recipe even though i tweaked it a bit.I had no mayo so used sour cream and don't like celery so left it out. I added 1/2tsp fresh ground cinnamon and used fresh grated ginger and 1tsp brown sugar. This is an awesome salad, also steamed potatoes to retain nutrients.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
This is a great muffin recipe, the muffins were light and moist. I substitute peanut butter chips for the choc chips and it is scrumptious. I made six jumbo muffins to share with my coworkers,thanks for a great recipe
