Summer Squash Pizza Crust
This tasted great. Even my husband liked it! He especially liked the fact that the crust wasn't oily or greasy. I took the advice of others and dried out the zucchini as much as possible. It wasn't soggy at all.

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
Great! Reading other reviews I pressed the zucchini between a couple of paper towels to get rid of the excess water. Turned out great. Even my husband (a dedicated meat eater) liked it. : )

Zucchini Bread II
This turned out great! I didn't have any raisins on hand but saw someone's recommendation to substitue finely chopped apples. That was a wonderful suggestion. This bread came out moist and delicious. I will definitely make this again. . .
