Playgroup Granola Bars
Wonderful! I was craving crunchy granola bars and found this recipe. I found it a little sweet; next time I'll decrease the sugar to probably 2/3 or even 1/2 cup. I used 1/2 c raisins and 1/2 c chocolate chips, decreased the amount of wheat germ to 1/4 c and added 1/4 c of rice protein powder, to bump up the amount of protein. I'll definitely make them again. Do be sure to cut them before they get cold - they do make crunchy bars!

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I
I found this recipe because I was having a mayo craving and knew I had some packaged slaw mix. Overall, it was Awesome! I bumped up the amount of dressing a little - 1/3 of milk and buttermilk, and a healthy 2/3 of mayo. Didn't have as much lemon as called for but added what I had. Left out the onion and decreased the sugar to about 1/4 t. Substituted white vinegar for white wine. Added a little garlic powder and Lawry's Seasoned Salt. Then proceeded to attack the salad before it had even set its full hour. Fabulous! Wonderful! I'm saving this recipe!

Corn and Black Bean Salad
Let's get this back up to 5 stars! This was yummy! I rinsed the beans, used frozen corn, added 3 green onions and some red, green, and yellow bell pepper. Didn't have cilantro, added some garlic powder. Started eating it a few minutes after putting it together - it was EXCELLENT. Don't know if it will make it to tomorrow to see how it tastes fully marinated. Thanks for a great recipe!
